When you open the PC app, you receive a gray screen that says "Oops! It appears you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed."

We just need to download and install the Internet Explorer version of Adobe Flash.  To do so, simply click HERE and choose Run.

• NOTE:  You may receive a dialogue box during the installation that will ask you to close out of any conflicting applications.  Please close whichever applications are listed and the Adobe Flash Installer will continue automatically.

Once you have finished installing Adobe Flash, the PC app should function perfectly.  If you require any additional assistance please contact one of our support representatives.
